phone number for multifactor registration

I cannot get access to my account as I get an error message which says " The mobile number on your account is missing or invalid" . I hav ebeen with TPG for a LONG LONG time and can't remember whether TPG even has my mobile phone number. How do I give it to them when I can't enter my account????
