I just checked into my account, and see my recent charge is higher than normal. I have not received any communication about the price increase. Is this normal?
The service (speed and reliability) has definitely degraded this year locally, so the two things coming together are not giving me a good impression!

I am very upset at the price hike with no communication.
It is the lack of communication that is the problem.
There is nothing sent to the main email office@feedthehungry.org.au and I tried the webmail of the tpg account associated with my account and I couldn't see anything there other than the welcome email for first entry.
I have review my documentation, and I cannot find anything that relates to a special 6 month pricing period, with a higher amount after. It is possible that I have accidently deleted this information.
Can TPG please re-send it, it will be helpful to me if you can show where I acknowledged this price change in the original registration agreement.

When you signed up for the new account, the Accounts Specialist was able to inform you that the first 6 months will only cost you $79.99 and then $89.99 thereafter. You have agreed to this during your conversation with her back in September 2021. Also, there is no documentation as this is an on going promo for new sign ups.
