i want to top up my pre-paid balance before going overseas but it says i have to pay my outstanding balance first. Yet, It wont allow me to pay my balance as i'm on an automatice payment plan

Were you able top up your prepaid balance?

If the account still shows that there's a balance, please check the notification we sent on why the payment was not successful and retry it.
