relay access denied error

Level 1a

Since yesterday evening we are getting the relay access denied error when sending emails from Outlook.

 

We have not changed any settings on our account or email.

 

Not being able to send mail is extremely inconvenient.

 

what course of action should we take given that this looks like a server-side error ?
