transfer prepaid balance between numbers

I've got 2 mobile services on my account, I'd like to transfer some of the prepaid balance from 1 service to another, how do I go about this?

the service that has the larger prepaid balance never goes over the data limit, but i'd like to move it's balance to the other service which is currently out of data

both the mobile numbers are on the same TPG account
