We've reviewed your account and learned that the last technician visit was cancelled since the initial issue (No Connection) that was reported to NBN Co was resolved.
However, the connection speed is very low compared before. A new ticket has been raised with NBN Co and further updates will be given by your assigned Engineer as soon as it becomes available.
