Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have reviewed your account and have seen that the issue is currently handled by our Engineering team and a technician visit has been scheduled.
The NBN field technician will be checking what's wrong with the service/device and will attempt to fix the issue. Once the job is done; a report of what caused the issue will be sent to us afterwhich, the assigned engineer will contact you either via SMS or phone call for service confirmation.
