403 FORBIDDEN???

I am so frustrated can you imagine I try and I try and I try, but it will not work. 

I try to go to the profile  of a person on a dating site and when I want to see a photo or a profile  IT SAYS   403 FORBIDDEN?   Then I try and try wasting my time but  just 403 forbidden. I looked on you tube they say it is my service provider that does that?????

Can you help me please

We'd like to look understand the situation further. We have a few questions for us to analyze the problem.

 

  • What dating site are you using which causes this issue?
  • Are you using a CP or a PC to access the site?
  • Were you able to try to access the website using a different connection? (Ex. connected via Mobile hotspot, using mobile data, connected to a different WiFi service)
  • Have you tried a different dating site?
