4G Wireless Internet Signal Strength

Hi.  I live where the 4G and 5G phone signal strength is not too good with Aldi who use Telstra towers..  Does this mean that the Wireless internet will also be poor as well?  I can also get NBN25  wireless internet so would that be a better option?   Any assistance is certainly appreciated as I am terribly confused.
