Get online support
I'm on 4G broadband internet and the modem has lost the link to the 4G network. Checked your outages and nothing is listed. 4G and Internet lights on the modem are off, Power, and local wifi are on.
Currently have some internet access using my phone as a hotspot (different network)

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
Are you still not able to use the service?
Could you shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to run further tests?

Problem is now resolved. I tried rebooting the modem - same result. Checked your website - no outages reported. Checked Vodaphone website and it said they were doing maintenance (it also said they were supposed to have finished by 8pm and it was about half past midnight when it went out.)
Working again this morning so I'd assume they are finished whatever they were doing.
