Good morning. I am a user of your 4G wireless broadband service. Since last Tuesday the 6th I have not been able to connect to the internet for more than a minute at a time. I have phoned and emailed you and you told me something about an outage but it has been a long time and I need internet at home as I work from there. Can you give me more information about the outage and when you are going to fix it? It is causing me a lot of problems.
