I've had my Sagemcom router for a few days.
In My Account, the status of my account is :
"Service Testing In Progress
We have established your connection and testing is underway. Please make sure your 5G Home Broadband modem is plugged in and turned on so testing can be completed. "
Part from a Power Light/WIFI light being on, no signal bars and no internet. How long does it take to enable a 5G service to be used? Can I please have my service activated so I can start using it?
