5G Home Broadband activation issue

Hello TPG Community,

 

I yesterday received a 5G modem from TPG, and I called them to know when it would be activated. They informed me that the activation process would take less than 24 hours. However, I contacted them again today, and they told me that they are currently working on the activation process, and many people are waiting for their modems to be activated. So I still have to wait 24-48 hours. 

TPG tried to activate my account manually, but they couldn't complete the process because they didn't have my delivery number or the plastic bag in which I received my modem.

 

As a result, the 5G broadband is still not working, even though all the signal lights on the modem are on.
