5G Home Broadband

I have just powered up my new 5G Home Broadband modem, 4 green lights, can connect to the wireless nertwork but no internet.  Does TPG have to do anything to enable interent?  Have tried with multiple devices, no internet conection on any.
Was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for support.  Want to make sure NBN not disconnected until can confirm the 5G services actually works for me.
Any advice would be appreciated.
