5G drop out every 2-3 hour

Been experiencing this issue for months now and I cant seem to find any help from the technicians.

The call centre technicians tend to just read a manual and repeat the same thing over and over: Just isolate the router and restart.

Mate I told you this works for like an hour or so but I can do the same thing 5-6 times a day.
I insisted to escalate the issue but the engineers wont look at the issue until they discover from their end that there is an issue. Now the engineer named Chad gave me a number to text if ever I experience an issue, but that mailbox seems to be unmonitored. 
I am hitting a wall everytime I seek for help.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Can someone help?
