5G drop outs

I have having consistent internet drop outs. Every evening around 9pm the connection drops out and take a long time to come back on and has an extremely weak connection. It has dropped out this evening at 8:30pm and won't come back on.

Are you under the 5G Home Broadband? Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router when the connection dropout?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Yes I am.

I am having frequent connectivity issues during the day and every evening around the same time. I haven't noticed a change in the lights. I reset my box last night and that eventually worked. But I shouldn't have to do it every evening

When you said reset, do you mean factory reset or reboot?
