5G full signal and connected, but no internet connection

The Internet was working perfectly fine last night, but all of the sudden, I couldn’t use it an hour later despite the signal is fully green and my devices are connected to the wifi. I tried to restart and even reset the modem a couple of times last night and this morning, but I’m still unable to use the Internet. The Sage modem has always been standing near my window with no obstacles by the way.

Please help!

I checked the sagemcom portal and it shows the internet status is connected. I also tried to reset the name and password, but there’s still no internet connection despite full green signal. I suspect there’s some issues with the 5G rather than my modem and devices, but I couldn’t find out whether there’s an outage or maintenance through the support page either. Please help me fix this asap.
