I’m new to TPG, I thought the connection was good initially but in the last week I’ve had several drop outs , a refresh of the modem usually fixes the problem. The coverage is not as good throughout my home. I was previously with Optus 5G and had no problems whatsoever and the coverage was better throughout my 2 bedroom apartment.

The modem is in the exact same location as the Optus modem, although this modem seems cheap compared to the Nokia modem provided by Optus.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I’m worried I’ve made a mistake and although more expensive Optus was a lot more reliable !!!
