5G home broadband, no internet connection

recently got 5G home broadband internet

i can connect to the wifi just fine but the connection often cuts out and everything fails to load even with a solid connection.
everything but google sites (google search, youtube, etc.) all come up with connection errors

Hello,

Try restarting the devices you're using to connect to the WiFi. Sometimes, a quick reboot can help refresh the connection and resolve any temporary issues.
