5G home broadband slow

Hi,
I'm experiencing slow internet on the 5G home broadband plan, I'm with the 100mbps plan and I'm getting inly 2-5mbps. All lights are 4 bar and green. If i restart the sagecomm modem speed is fast then drop back to 2-5 mbps.
