We have NBN 50 plan. To get 40+mbps download speed we need to use the 5G band on our modem, but whenever try to connect to 5G it says ‘no internet connection’. The slower 2G works at about 20mbps download.
Is there a solution to this?

Hi @David5555

 

You have to make sure that 5 GHz Wi-Fi is enabled on your modem. Also make sure that you are using the correct 5 GHz Wi-Fi password.
