Hi
We were convinced by TPG to try 5g. However, every few days the signal will drop of sometimes more than a few times a day.
We have called and tried the following
-Factory reset modem
-Change position of the modem towards the tower as directed by TPG
The singal remains at FULL BAR GREEN. and to fix the issue we had to simply reset the modem everytime. So clearly no interruption but simply signal dropping off every time.
Can we buy a better modem or is there any other solution.
I have done all the test with TPG,/ trouble shooting

It is dropping every day for a few sceonds multiple times per day. This is not acceptable in working conditions.
Please suggest a modem to buy or to improve the situation.
