Get online support
We had a 5G modem and it worked for a couple of months then dropped out and stopped working.
I contacted TGP and after running tests on the old modem they sent me out a new modem. I plugged the new modem in and had the same problem. I can connect to the Wi-fi network but no connection to the internet. The lady said she was going to escalate the issue but I have heard nothing.
We need the internat to be able to work from home.
Can anyone suggest how to get this working again?
