5g home braodband service taking more than 2 weeks for activation

Hi Team,
It's been more than 2 weeks now since my connection is not activated. Has anyone else faced similar things?

Yes, I'm in pain right now. Using a hotspot from data on our mobile phone because the 5G Broadband Sagemcom, it says connected but no internet.
Unplugged power from the wall/turn off. Waited and turn on, 4 green bars, still No Internet for two days now.

Note: I already tried unplugging the cord from the power plug.
Waited for 10min. Turn on the modem. Signal 4 bars green - Connected without internet!

Turn off and unplugged from the power socket waited for 10min. Plug in Turn on. Signal 4 bars green - Connected without internet
