5g home broadband very slow

I have seen a lot of complaints in here and hoping TPG can assist. I trialled the 5G home broadband which was offered when we were using NBN previously. During the trial period it was great, now evening speeds are around 3mbps download, same if it’s wired or wifi. Can’t even watch streaming this without it stalling even if we’ve turned wifi off all other devices like mobiles etc. I get great speeds on my 5g phone though.

Help? Should we revert to NBN or is there a problem with our connection? Modem is now showing 2 orange lights previously was all green
