Hi
I am a user of TPG 5G Home Broadband Premium. All signal lights on my modem are green, but the download speed is too slow. It is always between 15Mbps and 20 Mbps.
The plan should be 100Mbps, so I dont know why it happens and how to resolve it.
I called 131423 many times, but no help at all.
