5g home wireless

Hi

I have 5g home wireless

I have 4 Google devices at home on the same network.  2 Google chromecast and 2 Google speakers

All of a sudden I am unable to control/access these devices from any other connected device eg mobile ipad or computer.

The error on the Google devices says they're not on the same network.

Is it the case because of cg nat preventing me to access these devices???

I have had 2 separate modems sent to me from tpg and it works initially until suddenly this issue arises

If this is the case does that mean that no person with 5g home wireless can control any Google (or similar) devices on the same network

Please let me know

Thanks

Hi
I looked at all threads related to this and couldn't get it to work. Can someone give me step by step instructions as to what to do please

Bear in mind I'm a novice in this stuff so every step explained helps.

I have an archer vr1600v that I have tried to set up as per instructions but I can't figure it out as the internet still comes via the 5g modem

Awaiting your response

Thanks

Hi @margyrou1

When you configure the TP-Link Archer VT1600v modem/router, did you disable the DHCP?

If not, then we may need to raise this with our Tech team to assist you further.

Kindly send us a private message with your account details.
