5gh issue

I am having issues that my 5gh channel disappears from time to time. The 2.4gh works well but is much slower. I restarted/reset the modem setting but it doesn’t work. What can I do?

When the 5G channel disappears, how far from the wifi router are you? The 5G channel doesn't travel as far as the 2.4G channel.

Standing right in front of the router.
From reading other comments, This seems to be an issue with the TP Link router rather than a distance from the router.
There are times when 5g network is not available or one cannot join the network

You should make a new post now so a moderator will look at it. Include that it is not a distance issue.

It could be a faulty TP Link router.
