9 days and my mobile connection is unrestored

Hi, I have been reaching out to customer service phone line, email and the TPG community here for the last one week regarding my mobile phone connection. The last response from your side was yesterday stating I have been sent an SMS with verification link. When I click on the link it says the URL is locked. I have repeatedly tried closing all tabs and reopening the link but with no success. I sent screenshots of the error messages in an email yesterday itself but I haven't received any response. Kindly resolve this at the earliest. Or best please cancel my association with TPG.
