ADSL +2 constantly disconnecting

Hi there, are you please able to check my service?

Starting last night (23/8/2019) my internet has been unusable as it is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes...

Same thing is happening today.

This is happening on wired and also wireless. I have tried resetting the modem and that has not made any improvement.

Hi @bcln1979 ,

 

Thanks for raising this to us. We ran an initial test to the service it shows a possible line fault causing multiple dropouts with the connection.
