Get online support
I asked TPG to switch my current Big Talk phone plan to Extra Talk but I got an emaiol from TPG helpdesk saying that "Your ADSL2+ Unlimited 24x7 with Home Phone xxxxxxxx package has been cancelled"
Why this happened ?
Does your service still work?
If it does I'm not sure but maybe it's just a simple Automated Email System issue.
Maybe it means that they have cancelled the Big Talk and not the entire service.

The E-mail is pertaining to the previous package that you have, since you've upgraded your plan with the Extra talk bundle.
The internet service is still working and your account still shows as active.
