I recently moved into a unit and tried have adsl and home line connected with another supplier. Once the phone line was connected they ran a check for the adsl and I was told that I couldn't be connected as I could not fit on the grid in my area. I then had to cancel the connection so don't have a phone line either now. What can I do here? Do I just keep trying in hope of fitting? Is the check able to be done before signing up and having the phone line connected again as I only want the phone line for internet use!

Hi @BrookeRig,

Do you know if there was a previous connection at the unit that you are at now? We offer ADSL2+ and homephone connection. To check the eligibility of your address, please go to http://tpg.com.au/adsl and enter your address to check the availability of ADSL2+ in your area.
