ADSL disconnection and super slow speed

It’s been over 2 days now! What’s going on?! Already tried resetting modem! And online tech support waiting line is 142 in front of me! I’m in Sydney inner west region, please tell if there’s outage or disruption issues in the area?

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.
