Get online support
7 weeks ago early March 2020 my TPG ADSL failed. Its now May 13 2020. Its still faulty.
Every time I called tech support to fix the ADSL I was caller 200. The online support always said try later. Is this a scam?
So I cancelled the ADSL and ordered TPG NBN bundle. How stupid I was.
The next day it failed.
Technician #1 told me a reason. But said he fixed it.
Next day it failed again. TPG blamed NBN.
Technician #2 told me a different reason. But said he fixed it
.Next day it failed again. TPG blamed NBN.
Technician #3 told me a reason. But said he fixed it.
Next day it failed again.
Technician #4 told me now, TPG router is faulty.
8 weeks later. Still no TPG Internet, ADSL or NBN. And I get a bill for cancelling my ADSL.
Are these people for real??
Right now, 8 weeks later NOTHING. My TPG Internet still doesnt work.
