My ADSL stopped working for a whole month and was still charged for the service. It was finally repaired on the 26th March and it's stopped working again. I was in the process of wanting to get the NBN installed last year as TPG sent a letter offering that service. 3 weeks after they sent me a modem, they told me it wasn't available in my area. It has been a constant problem since I switched internet companies and can't even get through to anyone for help. My whole family are in isolation like most people but everyone else seems to have internet connection except us. We are in Brighton Le Sands Sydney.
I really want to switch to a different company now. Please help
