ADSL2+ DROPOUT IN PADSTOW NSW

Hi there, reporting a drop out of my adsl2+ connection at padstow. Hace tried the modem reset, power reset, hard reset. Devices showing connected but no devices are working online on wifi. Pls advise of what is happening. Thanks

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, TPG recommends that you:

1. Check our Service Status at https://www.tpg.com.au/servicestatus

2. "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.

In your case, a line fault has been identified and a Telstra technician has been arranged to fix this.
