Hello. I’ve been using tpg without big issues . But since last week our home internet speed is too slow. Especially night time drop down 1-3 Mbps. Is there any problem around my area?
I ‘ve already tried restart my modem many times but still doesn’t get any better.
We can’t use any smart device around 1-3 Mbps.

I was able to locate your account using your community details. I ran initial test and it shows the service is getting a passing speed on the line and connected for 23h 50m. To get the actual speed you're getting on the line; I recommend to run a speed test on a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable using www.speedtest.net and post the test result on this thread.
