ADSL2+ Speed has degraded massively

Hi,

The Naked ADSL2+ connection at my house has degraded substantially over time. Especially over the last few days. I did a speed test, the results are here, http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/result/1aeaa8d0-f164-11e8-ad2d-297492523a8b and they're not good, as we live very close to the DSLAM.

Is there anything that can be done from TPGs end?

It appears to have potentially been a problem with the router, as I disconnected all cables and powered it down. Once I reconnected everything my download/upload improved a lot.
