ADSL2+ keeps dropping out and connection speed gets lower

Hi,

I am a TPG ADSL2+ user. My Internet connection keeps dropping out since yesterday and the connection speed becomes lower. Normally the downloading speed is about 8 Mbps and uploading speed is 1 Mbps. Now it becomes about 2Mbps and 0.3Mbps. I also found that every time when the connection comes back from a dropping out, the connection speed gets lower a bit. When it reaches the lowest, the connection becomes stable and no more dropping out happens. I called TPG and they did some diagnose online. After that my connection speed recovered but it starts to drop out again. It's like a loop.

Do you guys have any suggestions about how to solve it? Thanks.

Eric
