ADSL2 to NBN FTTC Transition not Working

Hi
I was using TPG ADSL2 for my home internet and transfer to NBN FTTC. Getting the confirmation message from TPG I have set up the modem and NCD as per guideline but the connection and broadband lights are blinking and go off periodically which are supposed to be solid. Consequently, I am not getting internet connection. It is confirmed, there is no issue with the phone line as the ADSL2 was working fine.

I power cycled both modem and NCD and reset the NCD following a community post no luck!

Will highly appreciate if anyone come up with any suggestions or solutions.

Regards

Hi Riez,
Thanks for your reply. I was in touch with the TPG technical team this morning culminated to the booking of a technician.
