Access to sbs web site and on demand

I am getting a access denied msg when I try to access the sbs website or on demand service

I am getting this on NBN too. ON windows 10 computer and my phone when on wifi

Have you tried to access the page using your mobile data? If it's the same issue you need to raise this to website host/support.

Yes... 

  1.  Mobile phone will not connect to SBS on Demand since NBN BUT DOES when on mobile data
  2. TV apps seem to work though
  3.  all 3 computers running Windows 10 64bit DO NOT connect and one is a completely clean install so not a computer issue. 
  4. Chrome gives this message "You don't have permission to access "http://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/" on this server.

PS. I even get this with just sbs.com.au

I’m getting same issue. At previous property on FTTN and now only activated today on FTTC. I can get iview but not SBS on Demand or SBS web site on anything connected to NBN ok on 4G

Thanks for raising this to us. Reboot the modem/router for 3-5mins if the issue still persist, try to visit this article that you may find helpful.
