Hi,
I had to reset my password yesterday and now I can't get my email to work on my phone. It comes up with, Cannot Get Mail. The mail server "mail.tpg.com.au" is not responding. Verify that you ahve entered the correct account info in Mail settings.
I have checked my mail setting under passwords & account, incoming mail server -
host name: mail.tpg.com.au
user name: username @TPG.com.au
password: xxx etc
checked outgoing mail server: SMTP
Primary server - mail.tpg.com.au - on
etc.
Why wont it work?

Welcome to TPG Community!
Did you reset the password of your TPG account? If yes, then you need to update the password on your email clients for it to work.
Please make sure that the password for the incoming and outgoing mail server are correct.
