Hi there,

I have churned to another provider and I need to cancel my TPG account. I don't want to speak to anyone I just want to cancel my account. It's month to month no contract. I understand you need this in writing.

We regret to know that you have decided to disconnect your service with us. I also understand based on the private message you sent that you have switched providers and opted to not use the same number you have with us. 

 

I will have our Mobile team to get in touch with you via email should they need to provide further info or vice versa.
