Additional email (slave) setup not working

When I try to create a Slave email address via the "Manage your Email Accounts" the option for adding a Slave user is greyed out with the message "Mailbox creation is currently unavailable. If you would like to add a new mailbox please call TPG Helpdesk on 13 14 23".

Is there a reason for this? Will I be able to create a slave email?

At the moment, creating a slave email via My Account is not available. You need to call our Accounts Team at 1300 993 011 between 8AM to 8PM, Monday to Sunday, to be assisted on creating one for you.
