Address not registered to NBN register

I am an existing TPG NBN customer since 2020 however my address is not listed on the NBN address register. I have been using NBN HFC for the past 2 years no issues.

When I do address search on your website, nbn co website and any other service provider is saying that my address is invalid. My concern is if I were to sell my property the new owners will not be able to connect to another service provider.  Are you able to help register my address with NBN Co.
