Technician came today to check the line and he said that he will call me after he checked everything. He came in the morning and its 2:10pm haven’t received any call. And I already received email that it was activated. So I tried to connect the phone and modem and still no connection. Only wlan and power on has light. Technician said that the internet and phone will be connected within this day. Is this really the process?
