Adsl 2+ dropping out

Level 1a
My ADSL+ internet is dropping out every 10-15 minutes, I have to restart the modem & then it comes back.
This is happening since last 2-3 weeks, in my area, Harris Park, NSW.
What's wrong ? Very frustrating..
Also I am on the customer service phone line since last 30 minutes, waiting to speak with someone
Looks like time to switch to Optus...
