8 days ago I have registered a 'Connection issue' fault.
Fault 13232510
Its status is UNCOMPLETED
No reaction / at least confirmation that someone is looking into it whatsoever.
All it shows: Fault lodged 24/12/2023
I did not expect a response during the holidays. But by now (8 days after) I am slowly wondering what has happened to TPG?
Moden red light still flashing and frequent click.
