My NBN connection continues to drop out, it’s been 4th time today. Zero response to helpdesk, no response on the community and constant hold on the call. TPG claim 24/7 support, this is a case for Australian Consumer Rights. Absolute rip off selling lies to customers.

1 hour 30 min on hold, awaiting to get the 24/7 support claimed by TPG.

@BasilDV I have signed up with TPG on 17th Jan 24, lodged my 1st complaint on 19th Jan via email. My NBN FTTP connection continues to drop out throughout the day and have remained disconnected for hours at times. I have spent over 3 hours on call with the TPG customer services without any resolution, restart is not a solution. I work from home and can't afford random drop outs. I have tried all i could to get TPG to fix the problem without any results. TPG as failed to provide the services as per the contract, the claim of 24/7 support is false. With the large number of people complaining about the services offered this is a case of Ombudsman, disappointed. Before i request to disconnect, i will let you give a try.
