Thanks, its currently getting IP address from Wired connection, what about ping test now?

Hi Garry23,

Thanks for providing screenshots of ping and ipconfig.

Strange result detected, ping from 192.168.1.1 has 100% loss even default gateway is 192.168.1.1  but ping 8.8.8.8 has 0% loss. 

I have checked here and lookalike your router is more than 2 years old so its not under warranty anymore but If you want another free new router then i can arrange it with exchange of contract,  i  can arrange call back for it.
